These are the plain terms of visiting Kaligriya Kaliurang, a working garden and camping ground rather than a hotel chain, so please read them in that spirit.

Every booking, from a stay at the Griya to a campsite, a gathering, or a wedding, is confirmed by a real person over WhatsApp, never by an automated system. Nothing is guaranteed until you have a confirmation message from us; dates, prices, and availability described elsewhere, including this website, are always subject to that final confirmation.

Details on this site, such as capacities, facilities, timings, and package inclusions, describe the estate as it usually runs, but we may adjust them for weather, maintenance, or the needs of a particular event. We will always tell you about anything that changes before your visit.

Guests are asked to treat the garden, the animals, and each other with care, and to follow the guidance of our team on site, especially after dark and around the fire. Payment, cancellation, and any other specifics for your booking are agreed directly with you over WhatsApp at the time you book.
